Our factory in Zhongshan, Guangdong is purpose-built for stationery manufacturing. Unlike general-purpose contract manufacturers, every production line, workstation, and QC station is optimized for pencil cases, pen holders, and brush cleaning tools.
The facility spans dedicated zones for cutting, stitching, assembly, printing, packaging, and quality inspection — with material flowing efficiently from raw goods receiving through to finished product shipping.
Six Production Zones Under One Roof
Every stage of manufacturing happens in-house — giving us complete control over quality, timing, and cost.
1. Material Receiving & Storage
Climate-controlled fabric and material storage. All incoming materials inspected against spec before acceptance. YKK/SBS zippers, Oxford fabrics, EVA sheets, plastics, and hardware stocked in organized inventory.
2. Cutting & Preparation
Computer-guided cutting tables for fabric panels, EVA shapes, and plastic components. Automated cutting ensures consistent dimensions across production runs and minimizes material waste.
3. Stitching & Assembly
Dedicated stitching lines with industrial sewing machines operated by experienced craftspeople. Double and triple-stitching at stress points is standard. Each workstation includes integrated quality checkpoints.
4. Printing & Branding
In-house screen printing, heat transfer, and embossing equipment. Multi-color registration for complex logos. Brand application happens before final assembly to ensure proper placement and adhesion.
5. Packaging & Labeling
Custom packaging assembly, hang-tag attachment, UPC/barcode labeling, and retail-ready carton packing. FBA-compliant labeling and poly-bagging for e-commerce clients.
6. Final QC & Shipping
AQL 2.5 statistical sampling inspection on every production batch before release. Inspection reports with photos provided to clients. Palletized, container-loaded, and documented for export.
