OEM/ODM Custom Modules

Custom-designed display solutions for specialized applications. Flexible manufacturing, tailored specifications, and rapid prototyping from concept to production.

Custom Manufacturing

Your Display, Your Specifications

KELAI's OEM/ODM service lets you specify every aspect of your display module — dimensions, resolution, connector type, firmware behavior, and branding. Whether you need a unique form factor for a specialized device or private-labeled versions of our standard modules, our engineering team works directly with yours.

With 100+ automated production lines and in-house R&D capabilities, we can move from concept to production faster than most dedicated display fabs.

OEM/ODM Process

From Concept to Delivery

Requirements Review

Share your specifications — dimensions, resolution, interface, quantity targets, and timeline. Our engineering team evaluates feasibility and provides a technical proposal within 3 business days.

Design & Engineering

Our team creates detailed design files: schematic, PCB layout, mechanical drawing, and connector specification. Design review with your team before prototype production.

Prototype Development

Initial prototype run (typically 10–50 units) for your evaluation. Includes full functional testing documentation and reference samples.

Design Validation

Your team tests prototypes in the target device. Feedback incorporated into final design. Revision cycles as needed until specifications are met.

Pilot Production

Small production run (100–500 units) to validate the manufacturing process. Full QC documentation with statistical process analysis.

Mass Production

Scaled production on dedicated or shared lines depending on volume. Ongoing quality monitoring with regular reporting to your team.
