Brush Drilling Machine
CNC-controlled precision drilling for brush head preparation before tufting. Programmable drill patterns match any brush geometry. Used for toothbrushes, hair brushes, and cleaning brushes.
What This Machine Does
The drilling machine prepares brush bodies for tufting by drilling precise anchor holes. These holes receive the filament tufts in the next production step. Programmable drill patterns support round holes, angled holes, and mixed diameters — all in one pass.
Toothbrush Bodies
PP, PE handles. Round and oblong hole patterns for standard and electric toothbrush heads.
Hair Brush Pads
Curved cushion pads. Variable-depth drilling with surface-following control for consistent anchor depth.
Cleaning Brush Bodies
PP, PE, recycled plastic handles. High-speed drilling for volume production — 4-8 second cycle time.
