We operate on a simple principle: every part that leaves our factory must be fit for purpose. A failed part on a truck means a stranded driver, a delayed delivery, and a customer who won't come back. That responsibility drives our quality culture.

ISO 9001 Certified
Four-Stage Quality Control
Every part passes through four distinct quality gates before it can be shipped. Any part that fails at any gate is quarantined, investigated, and either reworked or scrapped.
Stage 1: Incoming Inspection
All raw materials and purchased components are inspected against specification before acceptance into inventory. Certificates of Analysis (CoA) verified. Dimensional and material checks on sampling basis. Non-conforming materials returned to supplier.
Stage 2: In-Process QC
QC inspectors stationed at each production line perform dimensional checks at defined intervals. SPC charts track process capability (Cp/Cpk). Real-time feedback to machine operators. Defects caught at source, not at final inspection.
Stage 3: Final Inspection
100% inspection on safety-critical and functional dimensions. AQL sampling (typically Level II, AQL 1.0) on general dimensions per ISO 2859-1. Functional testing: shock absorber dyno, air spring leak test, sensor calibration verification.
Stage 4: Pre-Shipment Audit
Final random sampling of packed goods. Verification of quantity, labeling, packaging quality, and documentation completeness. Inspection report with photos shared with customer for approval before container loading.
In-House Test Equipment
Our quality lab is equipped to verify dimensional accuracy, material properties, and functional performance without relying on external labs.
Dimensional Measurement
Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for 3D dimensional verification. Digital calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and go/no-go gauges calibrated to NIST-traceable standards. Surface roughness tester for finish quality verification.
Material Testing
Hardness tester (Rockwell and Shore scales) for metal and rubber components. Universal tensile testing machine for material strength verification. Salt spray test chamber for corrosion resistance evaluation of plated/coated parts.
Functional Testing
Shock absorber dynamometer for damping force measurement across velocity range. Air spring cycle tester (500,000+ cycles). NOx sensor calibration bench. Pneumatic leak-down tester for valves and air springs. Electrical continuity and resistance testing.

Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA)
When a quality issue is identified — whether from internal inspection, customer feedback, or supplier non-conformance — our CAPA system ensures it is systematically addressed:
- Containment: Immediate quarantine of affected parts and notification of impacted customers
- Root Cause Analysis: 5-Why, fishbone diagram, or FMEA as appropriate to the issue complexity
- Corrective Action: Process change, training, or equipment adjustment to eliminate the root cause
- Verification: Follow-up inspection to confirm the corrective action is effective
- Preventive Action: Extend the learning to similar products, processes, or production lines
