Each production zone is specialized for specific manufacturing processes and product families.
Seat Parts Workshop
Seat Component Workshop
The largest production zone, dedicated to ISRI and GRAMMER seat components. Houses injection molding machines for plastic components, CNC machining centers for metal parts, and assembly stations for complete sub-assemblies.

Sensor Clean Room
Sensor Production Clean Room
ISO Class 8 clean room environment for NOx sensor assembly. Temperature and humidity controlled. Electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection throughout. Each sensor undergoes automated calibration and functional testing before leaving the clean room.

Dedicated workshop for truck seat leather covers and interior trim components. Computer-controlled cutting tables for precision and material optimization. Industrial sewing stations with experienced operators.

Metal Fabrication
Metal Fabrication Workshop
Precision metalworking for seat frames, brackets, fasteners, and custom metal components. CNC turning, milling, stamping, and sheet metal fabrication capabilities under one roof.

Separate production zone for rail transit components requiring higher documentation standards and material traceability. Fire-rated materials processing and certified welding procedures for rail applications.

Organized Inventory & Efficient Shipping
Climate-controlled warehouse with bin-location inventory management ensures parts are protected, traceable, and ready to ship.
Raw Material Warehouse
Organized storage for raw materials with FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation. Climate-controlled environment for moisture-sensitive materials. Incoming inspection area for supplier quality verification.
Finished Goods Warehouse
Bin-location system with barcode tracking. 2,000+ active SKUs organized by product category and OEM compatibility. Real-time inventory visibility for accurate order fulfillment.
Shipping & Loading Dock
Dedicated loading area with dock levelers for container loading. Export packaging station for palletizing, wrapping, and labeling per international shipping standards. Full documentation preparation on-site.
Inspection Stations Throughout the Facility
Quality control is integrated into the production flow, not tacked on at the end.
Incoming Material Inspection
Every batch of raw material — steel, rubber compounds, plastic resins, electronic components — is inspected against specification before entering production. Non-conforming materials are quarantined and returned to supplier.
In-Process QC Stations
QC inspectors are stationed at key points on each production line. Critical dimensions are checked at set intervals. Real-time SPC (Statistical Process Control) charts monitor process stability and trigger corrective action before defects occur.
Final Inspection & Testing
100% inspection on safety-critical and functional dimensions. AQL sampling on cosmetic and non-critical attributes. Functional testing: shock absorber dyno, air spring leak-down test, NOx sensor calibration verification.
Pre-Shipment Audit
Final AQL inspection per ISO 2859-1 before every shipment. Inspection report with photos shared with the customer for approval. Only approved lots are released for container loading.
