How It Works

A clear path from inquiry to delivered goods

Every project follows the same documented workflow, so you always know what's happening, who's responsible and what comes next.

The workflow

Five phases, one accountable team

The scope changes with your order, but the discipline never does.

  1. Phase 01

    Requirement & discovery

You share your product idea, a drawing, a sample or a link to something similar. We clarify target price, quality expectations, destination market and timeline — usually in one call and a short written brief.

Outcome: A one-page specification we both sign off.

  2. Phase 02

    Sourcing & quotation

We match your spec to the factories genuinely able to make it — nobody pays to be listed in our shortlist — then send RFQs in English and return comparable quotes with each cost line visible. Product price, tooling, packaging, inspection and logistics are never blended into a fake unit price.

Outcome: A shortlist of vetted suppliers with honest cost expectations.

  3. Phase 03

    Sampling & validation

We order samples, run them against your spec and, when the stakes justify it, audit the factory on-site. You approve the final sample in writing before any mass production starts.

Outcome: An approved sample and a locked production specification.

  4. Phase 04

    Production & quality control

We place the order, schedule inspections at the right moments and keep you updated with photos and reports. If something drifts from the approved sample, we catch it while it's still cheap to fix.

Outcome: Goods inspected and signed off before they leave the factory.

  5. Phase 05

    Consolidation & global delivery

We consolidate, prep (labeling, bundling and retail-ready packaging as needed), document, clear and ship your goods — sea, air, rail or express — with tracking until they reach your port or door.

Outcome: Your goods delivered, documented and insured.

Included in every project

Working with a China-side team, not a black box

  • One dedicated point of contact who speaks your language and your supplier's.
  • Written updates and photo evidence at every stage gate — no verbal-only assurances.
  • Documents you can reuse — specs, inspection reports and export paperwork belong to you.
  • Dispute backup — if a factory under-delivers, we're on the ground to enforce the fix.

"We needed a partner who understood technical specifications. Their team's engineering background made communication effortless."

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do I get started?

Send us a few lines about what you want to source — a product description, drawing, sample or marketplace link is enough. We'll reply with questions that clarify your target price and market, then follow with a sourcing plan. There's no charge to evaluate whether we can help.

Is a sourcing inquiry or quote free?

Yes. Initial consultation and feasibility are free. If we proceed, you choose a partnership model — per-project, per-order service fee, or retainer — and you approve it in writing before any paid work begins.

How do your fees actually work?

Every quote itemizes the factory price, our fee and any third-party costs (samples, testing, freight). You can compare our fee against the savings and risk you avoid — and you can always see the supplier's real price, because we don't inflate product costs to hide our margin.

What are your minimum order quantities?

MOQ is set by each factory and product, not by us. Many factories have surprisingly low MOQs for existing designs, and our consolidation service lets you combine small orders from several suppliers into one economical shipment.

How do you make sure quality is right?

Quality is verified against the approved sample, not against hope. We inspect during production and before shipment, then send you a photo-documented report. Shipment only proceeds after you approve that report.

How do I pay, and is my money safe?

Payment terms follow the project plan — commonly a deposit to start production and the balance against the pre-shipment inspection report. We help structure terms so you never pay the full amount before quality is confirmed. Transfers can go to the factory or through our company, depending on what protects you best.

Who owns my design and tooling?

Your specifications, drawings and any tooling you pay for belong to you. We put ownership and confidentiality in writing with the factory before production begins, so your product stays yours.

How long does a sourcing project take?

It depends mainly on the product and how much customization is involved. An existing factory design with your branding is fastest; a product that needs new tooling adds mold development and trial time. Before any paid work starts, we agree a written schedule with milestone dates — and you get an update at every gate, so there are no silent delays.

Do I pay for samples, and who coordinates them?

You pay the factory's sample cost and courier fee — we don't mark samples up. We coordinate ordering, follow up on delays, and if you're comparing several factories we lay the samples side by side with a written assessment of how each matches your spec.

Can you handle custom branding and packaging?

Yes. Custom packaging is part of our OEM, ODM and private-label service — we work from your artwork or coordinate production-oriented design, then source and print boxes, labels, polybags and inserts with the factory. If items need to be prepped for a specific channel, we coordinate poly-bagging and labeling to that channel's requirements before goods leave China.
