From Concept to Production

Requirements & Feasibility

Design & Engineering
Our engineers create detailed mechanical and electrical designs. You receive 3D CAD models, schematic drawings, and a bill of materials for review and approval.
Prototyping & Validation
Small-batch prototype production (typically 10–50 units). Full functional testing, optical measurement, and reliability validation. Iterate until specifications are met.
Pilot Production
First production run (typically 500–1,000 units) on the dedicated production line. Process validation, yield analysis, and quality system sign-off before full ramp.
