What This Machine Does
Flagging is the mechanical end-rounding of bristle tips after trimming. Sharp-cut bristle ends would irritate gums and skin. The flagging process uses rotating abrasive surfaces to round each bristle tip to a smooth dome — achieving >95% tip acceptance rate. This is the final quality step before packaging.
Toothbrushes

Cosmetic Brushes
Soft-tip finishing for makeup and personal care brushes. Gentle handling for premium filaments.
Hair Brushes
Scalp-friendly tip finishing. Consistent rounding across the entire bristle field.
