Certified to Global Standards

NSF

NSF Food-Grade Compliance

All food-contact surfaces comply with NSF/ANSI Standard 2 for commercial food equipment. Materials are certified for safe food contact, with non-toxic, non-absorbent surfaces that resist corrosion and bacterial growth.

Applicable standards: NSF/ANSI 2, 4, 7, 8

ISO

ISO9001:2015 Quality Management

Our quality management system is certified to ISO9001:2015, covering all stages from material procurement and production through to final inspection and shipping. Annual surveillance audits ensure continuous compliance.

Scope: Design, fabrication, and distribution

GMP

GMP Cleanroom Capabilities

For pharmaceutical and biotech applications, we offer GMP-compliant fabrication with controlled-environment assembly, cleanroom-grade packaging, and validated cleaning protocols for SUS316L surfaces.

Suitable for: Class 100,000 cleanroom environments

22 Pre-Shipment Inspections

Every production order passes through 22 rigorous checkpoints before shipping. No shortcuts. No exceptions.

1–6: Material Verification

Chemical composition analysis, gauge thickness measurement, surface defect inspection, mill certificate validation, grade confirmation (SUS304 vs SUS316L), and corrosion resistance spot test.

7–12: Dimensional & Fit Check

Overall dimension verification, squareness check, door/frame alignment, leg leveling range, shelf spacing accuracy, and cutout/penetration positioning against engineering drawing.

13–17: Weld & Joint Integrity

Visual weld inspection, dye-penetrant crack detection on critical welds, weld seam smoothness (food-contact), joint gap measurement, and spot pull-test on load-bearing welds.

18–20: Surface & Finish

Surface finish uniformity against reference sample (#4 brushed, mirror, etc.), edge smoothness (no burrs or sharp edges), and Nano-Matte coating adhesion test when applicable.

21: NSF Food-Contact Check

Final verification of all food-contact surfaces: R10 radius corners confirmed, no exposed threads or crevices, seamless welds on product zones, and surface roughness within NSF limits (Ra ≤ 0.8μm).

22: Packaging & Shipping

Protective film application, corner/edge protection, pallet stability test, moisture barrier integrity, label/barcode verification, and container loading plan review.

Full Material Traceability

Every piece of stainless steel in our facility can be traced from mill certificate to final shipment. Our material traceability system records:

Heat number & mill origin
Each coil and sheet is logged with its original mill certificate and heat/lot number.
Chemical composition
Full elemental analysis available for every production batch — Cr, Ni, Mo, C, Mn, etc.
Production batch linking
Each finished unit is linked back to the specific material lots and production operators involved.
Certificate packaging
Mill test reports, inspection records, and compliance certificates included with every shipment.
