Company Story
From component maker to integrated access control supplier
Founded in 2012, FlowGate Pro has manufactured pedestrian and vehicle access control in Shenzhen, one of China’s electronics and hardware manufacturing hubs. A team of 101-200 staff — including a 20+ member R&D group holding 50+ patents and IP rights — grew the factory around a single conviction: buyers of turnstiles and barrier gates should not have to juggle two vendors, two warranties and two technical teams on one entrance project.
That conviction became a product strategy. Today the company supplies complete entrance packages — pedestrian speed gates, swing gates, flap barriers, tripod turnstiles, automatic barrier gates, LPR/ANPR and smart parking management — coordinated under one factory, one quality system and one point of support.
Production runs under ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 management systems with CE and FCC product compliance, the business profile is verified by Dun & Bradstreet, and the company is a certified National High-Tech Enterprise, SRDI “Specialized & Sophisticated” enterprise and Guangdong Province Trustworthy Enterprise. From a 12,000+ m² production base, more than 500,000 FlowGate Pro devices are in operation across projects in over 20 countries. Two product families cover the full entrance: pedestrian turnstile gates (speed gates, swing gates, flap barriers and tripod turnstiles) and vehicle access systems (automatic barrier gates, license plate recognition, RFID vehicle access and smart parking management). Because both families are manufactured in the same plant, a mixed project — pedestrian lanes plus a vehicle lane — is specified, produced and supported as one order rather than coordinated across two suppliers.
Each order is handled by the same export team end to end: drawing review, specification, production, QC and after-sales documentation. The engineers who plan a build remain the point of contact after the units ship, which keeps commissioning questions close to the people who made the equipment.
