Our story
From a single production line to a global access control supplier
FlowGate Pro was established over 10 years ago in Shenzhen's Guangming District, one of China's most concentrated manufacturing zones for precision electromechanical equipment. We began with a focused mission: produce pedestrian turnstile gates and vehicle access systems that meet the demanding specifications of international buyers without the markup of intermediaries.
Over the past decade, that single production line has expanded into a multi-line facility covering speed gates, swing gates, flap barriers, tripod turnstiles, automatic barrier gates, and license plate recognition systems. Every unit is built to order, tested on-site, and packaged for export-grade shipping.
Unlike trading companies that source from multiple factories with inconsistent quality, we control every stage of production — from raw material inspection to final QC sign-off. This vertical integration means shorter lead times, traceable quality records, and direct accountability when you need answers.

Production facility established in Guangming District, Shenzhen. Initial product line focused on tripod turnstiles and basic barrier gates for the domestic Chinese market.

Quality management system certification achieved. Formalized incoming material inspection, in-process QC checkpoints, and final testing procedures across all production lines.
2018 — CE compliance
European safety compliance certification obtained. EMC and LVD testing completed, opening direct export channels to EU markets and government tender eligibility.
2019 — Product line expansion
Launched speed gate and flap barrier production lines. Added LPR/ANPR camera integration capability. Facility expanded to accommodate separate pedestrian and vehicle product assembly zones.
2020 — OEM/ODM program
Formal OEM and ODM service launched with dedicated engineering team for custom projects. Drawing-to-production workflow established with prototype review milestones.
2021 — 500+ clients
Crossed 500 international clients across security integrators, EPC contractors, healthcare facilities, and government procurement agencies. Export packaging optimized for 40+ destination countries.
2022 — API integration
Added protocol integration engineering for third-party access control systems. RS-485, Wiegand, and Ethernet-based integration support for major controller brands.
