Receive, hold, prep and ship — from one warehouse

Combine goods from multiple factories under one roof, hold stock without a container's worth of MOQ, and have it prepped to your buyer's standard before it leaves China.

Consolidation, not just storage

Turn five suppliers into one shipment

Buying from several factories usually means several small shipments, several freight bills and several chances for something to go wrong. Our China warehouse consolidates those orders into one — so you dispatch customer-ready or forwarder-ready goods without paying for empty container space.

Goods are checked when they arrive, stored in one inventory, and prepped only when you need them. Whether it's retail-ready packaging for store orders or labeled, bundled units for a distribution center, that work happens here — not on your side of the ocean.

  • Free storage for up to 60 days. Stock that moves within two months costs nothing to hold.
  • Arrival checks. Every carton is checked against your packing list when it enters the warehouse.
  • Channel-ready prep. Labeling, poly-bagging, bundling and kitting to the standard your customer or channel requires.
  • Pick, pack & ship. Per-order fulfillment to end customers, or full pallets to your freight forwarder.

The workflow

What happens to your goods in our warehouse

01

Receive & check

Cartons arrive from your factories. We verify quantities and condition against your packing list and flag discrepancies.

02

Consolidate

Your full order is combined into one inventory line — one supplier or five, it arrives as one.

03

Prep

Labeling, bundling, kitting or repacking — to the spec your channel or customer requires.

04

Dispatch

Per-order parcels go to your customers; consolidated pallets go to your forwarder.

Two ways to use it

Same warehouse, two jobs

For e-commerce brands

Reorder from your supplier in bulk, have each order inspected and packed into retail-ready parcels, then dispatch to your customer — with branded packaging and no repacking at home.

For importers & distributors

Combine small lots from several factories into full pallets or containers for your forwarder or distribution center — one shipment, one set of documents, one freight bill.

FAQ

Warehousing & fulfillment, answered straight

Is warehouse storage really free?

For goods that ship within 60 days, yes — storage is included at no cost. Inventory held longer carries a modest daily storage fee so we can keep rates honest for everyone. We will always show that fee in your quote.

What prep work do you actually do?

Retail-ready packaging, barcode and label application, poly-bagging with warning labels where needed, bundling, kitting, and repacking into export cartons with correct weights and dimensions. We handle the standard your channel requires so you do not have to.

Can I combine products from different factories?

That's exactly what the warehouse is for. Each supplier ships to us, we check and consolidate everything into your inventory, and you ship out as one order — this is how buyers avoid five tiny, expensive freight bills.

Do I need a minimum order to use the warehouse?

No container minimum and no large first order required. You can send a few cartons from each supplier and consolidate them — the savings grow as your number of suppliers grows.

How do I know what's in stock?

You receive a stock statement with every dispatch and can request a current inventory snapshot any time. For active accounts we agree on a reporting rhythm that matches your operation.
