Find the right factory, not just a factory

We research, vet and negotiate with manufacturers across China's industrial clusters — so you start from a shortlist you can trust, not a search page.

What we do

One team on your side of the table

Sourcing from China usually means scanning B2B portals, guessing which suppliers are real and hoping quotes are comparable. We replace that with matching, not searching: we read your product, your market and your budget, map it to the right industry cluster, shortlist the factories that genuinely fit — then verify them in person before you ever commit.

Because we are hired by you — and paid by you — our recommendation is simple: we have no reason to steer you toward a factory that pays us more. That is the position we start from on every project.

  • Supplier shortlist with dossiers. Capability, capacity, certifications and who they already produce for.
  • Comparable quotes. We normalize quotes to the same spec so you compare like for like.
  • NNN protection. Non-disclosure / non-circumvention agreements to protect your product idea and your supplier relationship.
  • No-deal, no-fee. If we cannot find you a suitable supplier, you owe nothing for the search.

Our sourcing process

Four stages from spec to supplier

01

Define & map

We clarify your spec, target cost and volume, then map the product to the right manufacturing cluster in China.

02

Vet the shortlist

Candidates are checked in person — licenses, real production lines, capacity and references — not just brochures.

03

Samples & negotiate

We order and consolidate samples, then negotiate price, payment terms and lead time from a position of volume.

04

Contract & handoff

Terms are locked in writing — including NNN and IP protection — before your production deposit is paid.

What you get

A sourcing engagement that ends in a decision

Whether you choose one supplier or none, you finish with the information to decide with confidence.

Factory shortlist

2–4 vetted candidates with capability notes and visit findings — never a wall of anonymous listings.

Cost feasibility

Realistic landed-cost modeling including tooling, materials and MOQs — before you commit to anything.

Sample management

We order, receive and check samples, then consolidate the good ones for a single shipment to you.

Contract support

NNN and production agreements reviewed so your mold, design and supplier relationship stay yours.

FAQ

Sourcing questions, answered straight

What do you need from me to start?

As little as a product photo or link, plus your rough quantity and target price. For custom products, drawings or a sample help us scope faster. You can send these through the quote form and we will follow up with questions.

How is this different from messaging suppliers on Alibaba?

Alibaba lists factories that pay to be listed. We identify manufacturers across industrial clusters — including capable workshops that do not advertise on B2B portals — then verify each one in person against your spec before you talk to them.

Do you take commissions or kickbacks from factories?

No. We are paid by you under a transparent service-fee agreement, so our incentive is to get you the best factory, not the one that pays us the most. See how our fees work on the pricing page.

How long does finding a supplier take?

For standard products, expect a shortlist within one to two weeks and samples shortly after. Complex or highly custom products take longer because tooling and engineering drawings are involved. We will give you a timeline before the search starts.

What if you cannot find a suitable supplier?

No-deal, no-fee. If a genuine search finds no factory that meets your spec and price, you pay nothing for the sourcing work — and we will tell you honestly why it did not work.
