OEM & ODM Manufacturing
Custom access control — built to your drawings and specifications
Full OEM and ODM customization for turnstile gates, barrier gates, and LPR systems. From drawing review to export delivery, every step managed in-house at our Shenzhen facility.
OEM/ODM process
Six steps from your drawing to the loading dock. Each phase has defined deliverables and approval checkpoints — you always know where your order stands.
1. Inquiry and drawing review
You submit your project brief, technical drawings, or reference specifications. Our engineering team reviews for feasibility, identifies any open questions, and confirms which product lines and materials fit your requirements. We respond with a preliminary assessment within one business day.
2. Engineering review and proposal
Our engineers produce a detailed proposal covering materials, dimensions, finishes, integration protocols, estimated lead time, and project-based pricing. For complex custom designs, we may prepare a preliminary 3D model or sample specification sheet for your confirmation before moving to prototyping.
3. Prototype development
Once the proposal is approved and the order is confirmed, we build a prototype or pre-production sample. You review the sample — in person, via detailed photos and video, or through a third-party inspection agency. Revisions are incorporated before full production begins.
4. Production and in-process QC
Full production runs on our dedicated assembly lines. In-process quality control checks are performed at key production stages: incoming materials inspection, sub-assembly verification, and functional testing before final assembly. You receive production milestone updates at agreed intervals.
5. Final inspection and testing
Every unit undergoes final inspection against your approved specifications. Testing covers mechanical function, electronic integration, safety features, and cosmetic finish. Inspection reports and photos are provided. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, or your nominated agency) is welcome before shipment approval.
6. Export packaging and shipping
Approved units are packed in plywood export crates with vacuum-sealed electronics, moisture protection, and container-optimized loading plans. We handle FCL and LCL shipping coordination, customs documentation, and can deliver to your forwarder or designated port worldwide.
What can be customized
Nearly every aspect of our access control equipment can be tailored to your project. Below is what we adjust regularly for overseas buyers.
Lane width and passage dimensions
Standard lane widths from 550 mm to 1200 mm for pedestrian turnstiles. ADA-compliant wide lanes up to 1500 mm available for swing gates and flap barriers. Custom lane widths built to your architectural drawings.
Materials and housing
304 or 316 stainless steel housing in brushed, mirror, or hairline finish. Optional powder-coated steel in RAL colors. Top cover materials include tempered glass, acrylic, or solid stainless steel panels.
Surface finish and color
Brushed stainless (standard), mirror-polished, matte black PVD coating, or custom RAL powder coating. Glass panels available in clear, tinted, or frosted. Anti-fingerprint nano-coating option for high-traffic installations.
Branding and panel design
Custom logo engraving, silkscreen printing, or laser etching on housing panels. Custom top cover design with your brand identity. Unique indicator light configurations and color schemes to match your product line or project aesthetic.
Protocol and access control integration
Dry contact relay (standard), Wiegand 26/34, RS-485, TCP/IP, and CAN bus communication. Integration with third-party readers: RFID, fingerprint, facial recognition, QR code, and mobile credential systems. SDK and API documentation provided for system integrators.
Indicator and user interface
Custom LED colors, pictogram symbols, and directional indicator patterns. Multilingual voice prompts and display messages configurable for your region. Customizable passage status indicators — arrow, cross, or both.
Drawing-based workflow
Send your drawings — we build to your exact specifications
Whether you have detailed CAD files, architectural elevations, or a rough sketch with key dimensions, our engineering team works from your source material. No project is too small for a feasibility review — and no drawing is too rough to start the conversation.
For ODM projects where you need us to propose the design, our engineers will prepare specification sheets and 3D renderings based on your functional requirements and target application. You retain full approval authority at every design gate.
Send your drawingsMOQ and lead time
We work on a project basis — minimum order quantity and lead time depend on your specific requirements.
Minimum order quantity
MOQ is project-based and depends on customization complexity, materials, and target quantity. Standard configurations typically start from 2 to 5 units per model. Fully custom OEM designs may have different minimums depending on tooling and engineering requirements. Send your requirements and we will confirm a workable MOQ for your project.
Lead time
Standard configuration orders typically ship within 25 to 45 days from order confirmation. Custom OEM/ODM projects range from 45 to 75 days depending on design complexity, material sourcing, and order volume. Rush production can be arranged for qualified projects with confirmed deadlines. We provide a detailed production schedule with milestone dates upon order confirmation.
