OEM/ODM Process

A six-step process from inquiry to after-sales support

Every custom order follows the same sequence so the specification, the sample, and the shipped units all match. You always know which stage your project is in.

1

Inquiry & drawings review

Share layout drawings, elevations, photos of existing gates, or a rough sketch. We review the application and flag anything that affects the design — clearances, power supply, reader positions, or integration with an existing access control system.

2

Specification & materials selection

Together we confirm the specification: housing dimensions, lane width or boom length, stainless steel grade, glass or acrylic panels, finishes, and the control board configuration. Every parameter is written into a shared spec before production starts.

3

Prototype or pre-production sample

For custom designs we build a prototype or a pre-production sample so you can verify form, fit and function before committing to the full order. Sample approvals are documented and used as the reference for production.

4

Production & QC checkpoints

The order moves through fabrication, assembly, wiring and control programming with QC checkpoints at each stage. Inspectors verify dimensions, sensor alignment, safety cycle timing and function before units move on. See the checkpoints on the factory page.

5

Export packaging & shipping

Units are packed in export plywood crates with foam protection, ready for sea or air freight. Each crate is labelled and packed against a checklist so arrival inspection is straightforward, whether you receive a single sample or a full container.

6

After-sales support

We keep documentation for every order — specs, drawings, manuals and spares guidance — so your team can support the installation after it ships. Questions go back to the same engineers who planned the build.

Customization Matrix

What we can customize on a standard platform

Most projects start from one of our standard product lines, then adjust the points below to match the site and the brand. The matrix is a starting point — your drawings decide the final values.

Branding Silkscreen logos, panel engravings, door and box labelling
Housing color Powder-coated RAL finishes to match the building standard
Dimensions Housing size, heights and footplates adjusted to site conditions
Lane width 550–900 mm per pedestrian lane, wider on request
Boom length 3–8 m barrier booms for vehicle lanes
Control board config Reader types, relay logic, access profiles and timers
Reader options Card, QR, fingerprint, face recognition, RFID, LPR camera
Finishes Brushed or mirror stainless, glass tint, acrylic thickness

Drawing-Based Workflow

From drawings to a confirmed bill of materials

Drawings are reviewed by an engineer, not a sales team. Each drawing is checked against our standard platforms and converted into a bill of materials with confirmed materials, dimensions and control board configuration.

How we review

Checked against the platform, quoted before production

We mark each drawing against the closest standard platform and list every deviation in the quote. Where a dimension differs from standard, it is flagged, costed and confirmed before production starts — so there are no surprises at delivery.

To speed up the review, include as many of the fields on the right as you can. If a field is not known yet, our engineers will advise a sensible default for the application.

What to include in your drawings

Field checklist for a faster, more accurate quote

Dimensions Overall height, width, depth and clearance around the unit
Openings Door or panel cutouts, access hatches, cable pass-throughs
Power Voltage, frequency, power budget and backup requirements
Mount type Floor, wall, pedestal or barrier mounting details
Reader positions Card, QR, fingerprint, face or LPR camera placement
Integration protocol RS485, TCP/IP, Wiegand, REST API or relay logic

MOQ & Lead Time

Confirmed at quote, not after the order

MOQ and lead time are quoted against your real specification — product, customization, materials and target quantity. We confirm a workable MOQ and a lead time before you commit.

Project-based
MOQ confirmed against your specification
At quote
Lead time provided before the order, not after
Staged
Shipping for large multi-crate or multi-phase orders
Export-ready
Plywood crates and foam protection for sea or air

If you need to compare options, send the same drawing with two quantities and we will quote both so you can see how volume changes unit pricing and lead time.
