Barrier Gate Series
Automatic Barrier Gate
Automatic barrier gates control vehicle lanes with 3 to 8 meter booms that open or close in 1 to 6 seconds. Outdoor-rated housings, straight or articulated booms, and optional LPR, RFID and loop-detector control make them the physical backbone of any vehicle access system.
Overview
The workhorse of the vehicle entrance
An automatic barrier gate is the physical gate that opens and closes a vehicle lane. The boom rises to admit an authorized vehicle and lowers again after it passes, preventing unauthorized entry. With open and close cycles of 1 to 6 seconds, the gate keeps traffic moving while remaining a firm control point.
Booms are available straight or articulated, from 3 up to 8 meters, and the housing is rated IP54 for outdoor installation. Control can be triggered by a license plate camera, an RFID reader, a loop detector or a push button, and a manual release lets the boom be opened by hand in an emergency or power failure. Integration with the wider vehicle access systems line means the gate pairs directly with license plate recognition and smart parking platforms.
Power runs on standard AC 110 to 240 V. See the full range on the product lines overview.

Applications
Where automatic barrier gates are installed
Barrier gates control vehicle lanes in a wide range of settings. These are the most common installation sites.
Parking entrances
Car parks and parking lots use barrier gates at entry and exit to meter access and link with ticketing or LPR systems.
Gated communities
Residential compounds control resident and visitor vehicles with booms opened by RFID tags or plate whitelists.
Toll lanes
Toll and fee collection points use fast-cycle booms to keep lanes moving between payments.
Industrial yards & docks
Factories, logistics centers and loading docks control truck access with long, heavy-duty booms and loop detection.
OEM / ODM Customization
Barrier gates built to the lane
Boom length, motor speed, housing color, detection method and safety settings are adjusted to your drawings before production. OEM/ODM services cover branding, controller configuration and API integration. Review the process on the OEM / ODM page and send your layout through contact.
| Boom | Custom length, straight or articulated, LED option |
|---|---|
| Finish | Powder-coated steel in project color |
| Branding | OEM logo, housing color and labeling |
| Control | LPR, RFID, loop detector or push button |
| Safety | Auto-stop, auto-open and fail-safe settings |
| MOQ | Project-based; confirmed per specification |
Procurement Process
From specification to export-ready delivery
Every automatic barrier gate order follows the same five-stage process so boom length, motor speed and detection method are confirmed before production starts.
Specification and RFQ
Share your site layout, lane count and site conditions. We confirm boom length, cycle time and trigger type.
Drawing review
Our engineers review the layout, confirm the boom type and housing finish, and set the safety behavior.
Production and burn-in
Units are assembled under ISO9001 control and every gate is cycled to check the motor, boom and obstacle detection.
Final inspection
Final inspection covers function, finish and packaging readiness before the batch is cleared for export.
Export packaging and delivery
Units ship in foam-protected export crates by sea or air, with installation guidance and remote technical support.
