Because we ship for a steady volume of clients, we can quote competitive rates and book space even when the market is tight. Freight and logistics charges are always quoted separately from our service fee, so you always see what you're paying for.

Sea freight
The economical choice for full containers (FCL) and consolidated cargo (LCL) — slower, but the standard for volume.
Air freight
For restocks that cannot wait or high-value goods where speed pays for itself. We quote by volume weight and book the space.
Rail freight
A middle option for Europe-bound cargo — faster than sea, cheaper than air, with reliable weekly departures.
Express courier
Door-to-door parcels and small samples via DHL, FedEx or UPS — the fastest, simplest option for low weight.

Documents and coordination, handled

FAQ
Freight questions, answered straight
Freight is quoted as a separate line — per cubic meter, per kilogram, per container, or per parcel — and charged at the quoted rate. Our service fee covers the coordination and documentation, not a markup hidden inside the freight price.
Import duties and VAT are paid by the importer (you) in your country unless you have a DDP arrangement where we include delivery duty-paid pricing. We will always make clear which costs are covered by your quoted rate before you commit.
For first-time importers we usually recommend terms where we handle more of the chain — such as DAP or DDP — so surprises are caught on our side of the border. Experienced importers often prefer FOB or EXW. We'll recommend based on your risk comfort.
For LCL sea freight, yes — your goods share a container with other clients' cargo to fill space and split the cost, and they are separated by our own packing before dispatch. Air freight is consolidated by volume too.
We can arrange most special cargo, including items needing DG classification, temperature control or project-cargo handling. Tell us what you're shipping and we'll advise on feasibility and documentation before you book.
