Make it yours: OEM, ODM & private label
Whether you adapt an existing factory product or engineer a custom one, we manage tooling, packaging and production so what ships carries your brand — not the factory's.
From generic to yours
Three ways to put your brand on a product
OEM takes an existing factory design and puts your logo, colors and packaging on it. ODM starts from the factory's platform but lets you customize materials, features or finish. Private label is the full version — a product developed around your spec, sold under your brand with your packaging.
Most brands start with OEM to validate the market, then move toward private label as volumes grow. We help you pick the right path for your stage instead of over-engineering the first order.
- Tooling & mold ownership. Your mold stays your asset — with NNN protection and an amortization plan where it makes sense.
- Packaging design & sourcing. Retail-ready boxes, polybags, inserts and labels designed and produced with your artwork.
- Listing & product photography. Photo and video assets for e-commerce listings, shot against your product's real packaging.
- Spec-controlled production. QC against your approved sample, not the factory's "same as last time".
How it works
From sample to shelf in four steps
Scope & spec
We translate your idea into a technical spec: materials, dimensions, tolerances, finish and target cost.
Develop & tool
Factory selection, engineering review, molds or modifications — with costs and ownership agreed in writing.
Samples & packaging
Approved samples lock the product. Packaging is designed, printed and tested in parallel.
Produce & QC
Mass production runs under inspection against your approved sample — then goods move to our warehouse for fulfillment or to your forwarder for freight.
Field result: a bike-accessories brand needed a custom-molded light housing that several factories refused. We found a mid-sized shop with the right equipment, negotiated the mold cost down through amortization against future orders, and signed strict NDA protection — cutting mold cost by 50% and moving concept to mass production in 45 days.

FAQ
Private label questions, answered straight
OEM = an existing factory product with your branding. ODM = a factory platform customized to your spec. Private label = a product developed around your requirements. The right choice depends on your volume and how differentiated the product needs to be.
You do, if the mold is part of your project. We document ownership in the agreement and add NNN protection so the factory cannot sell your design to someone else.
Often, yes. We look for factories willing to start at your realistic first-order volume rather than quoting a MOQ designed for someone five times your size. If a factory truly cannot do it, we tell you before you pay anything.
Yes — structural packaging advice, print-ready production and coordination with packaging suppliers. If you have a designer, we work with their artwork; if not, we can introduce production-oriented design support.
We can arrange product photography in China against your real samples and packaging — cheaper and faster than shipping goods back and forth. Typical deliverables are white-background hero shots and lifestyle/detail sets.
