Vehicle Access Systems

Vehicle access systems is the umbrella line for vehicle entry control at FlowGate Pro: automatic barrier gates, license plate recognition, RFID vehicle access and smart parking management. Barrier booms span 3 to 8 meters, open or close in 1 to 6 seconds, and LPR release takes under a second, all from one factory.

Overview

One manufacturer for the whole vehicle entrance

Vehicle access systems bring every piece of a controlled vehicle entrance together under one supplier. Instead of coordinating a barrier-gate vendor, a camera vendor and a parking-software vendor separately, FlowGate Pro supplies the hardware, the readers and the integration layer as one package, backed by a single warranty and one point of technical support.

The line divides into four sub-systems. Automatic barrier gates physically control the lane with 3 to 8 meter booms. License plate recognition cameras release the lane by plate in under a second. RFID vehicle access handles card and tag control for staff lanes, and smart parking management adds space counting, guidance and billing on top. Protocols cover TCP/IP, RS485 and REST API, so the system connects to building management and parking platforms.

Because FlowGate Pro also builds pedestrian turnstile gates, mixed sites can source both entrances from the same factory. See the whole range on the product lines overview.

Applications

Where vehicle access systems are deployed

Vehicle entry control is used wherever a site needs to know which vehicles enter and leave. These are the most common deployments.

Car parks

Public and commercial car parks use barrier gates with LPR or ticketing to control entry and exit and to manage billing.

Gated communities

Residential compounds manage resident and visitor vehicles with RFID tags and plate-based whitelists.

Industrial yards

Factory and logistics yards control truck and staff vehicle movement with heavy-duty booms and loop detection.

Office parking

Corporate parking areas pair LPR cameras with barrier gates so registered plates open the lane automatically.

OEM / ODM Customization

Vehicle access configured to the site

Boom length, lane width, housing color, detection method and parking-software integration are adjusted to your drawings and workflow. OEM/ODM services cover branding, controller configuration and API work. Review the process on the OEM / ODM page and send your layout through contact.

Procurement Process

From specification to export-ready delivery

Every vehicle access systems order follows the same five-stage process so boom length, detection method and integration are confirmed before production starts.

01

Specification and RFQ

Share your site layout, lane count and site conditions. We confirm boom length, detection method and protocols.

02

Drawing review

Our engineers review the layout, confirm housing finishes and control logic, and map the REST API integration.

03

Production and burn-in

Units are assembled under ISO9001 control and every lane is cycled to check the motor, sensors and release.

04

Final inspection

Final inspection covers function, finish and packaging readiness before the batch is cleared for export.

05

Export packaging and delivery

Units ship in foam-protected export crates by sea or air, with installation guidance and remote technical support.
