Common Questions

The questions procurement teams ask most

These answers reflect standard practice for factory-direct access control orders. Project-specific details such as exact MOQ and lead time are confirmed at quote against your drawings and quantities.

Do you offer OEM/ODM customization for integrated pedestrian and vehicle access control?

Yes. FlowGate Pro provides OEM and ODM access control manufacturing, including drawing-based customization, materials selection and prototype development. Share your specifications and we will prepare a tailored proposal with confirmed lead time.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is project-based and depends on customization, materials and target quantity. Send your requirements and we will confirm a workable MOQ and lead time for your project rather than applying a fixed rule.

Which certifications do you hold?

Our access control production holds ISO9001 for quality management, CE for EU safety compliance, and a Dun & Bradstreet business profile (D-U-N-S 637941335). Certificates are available on request for your compliance review.

How can I request a quote?

Submit your project details — product, quantity, destination and drawings — through the RFQ form and we will respond within one business day. You can also call +86 18127009316 or use the RFQ form on the contact page.

Can you supply both pedestrian turnstiles and vehicle barrier gates for one project?

Yes. Single-source supply for turnstiles, barriers, LPR and smart parking is our core model, with one warranty and one support team for the whole entrance project — so you avoid juggling two vendors and two technical contacts.

What is your typical lead time?

Lead time is confirmed at quote based on customization and quantity. Staged shipping can be arranged to meet on-site handover dates, which helps when a construction schedule shifts partway through the project.

Do you support API integration with third-party access control or parking software?

Yes. Products support RS485, TCP/IP, Wiegand and REST API integration, with documentation shared during the project. For integration details and the supported protocols, see the technology page.

What export packaging do you use?

Export plywood crates with foam protection, prepared for sea or air freight to your destination country. Packaging can be adjusted for specific ports, container loading plans or project delivery requirements.

Before You Ask

What to prepare before sending an RFQ

A well-prepared enquiry gets a faster, more accurate quote. Gather these details before contacting us, and the buying guides can help you structure them.

Drawings and quantities

Layout drawings, lane widths, door heights and quantities per type let us quote accurately and flag configuration issues early. Include the number of entry and exit lanes for both pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

Environment and compliance

Note the destination country, voltage standard, operating temperature and any certificates your compliance team must see before delivery. This avoids rework when equipment is installed in a different electrical environment.

Integration and support

Tell us whether you need API integration with existing access control or parking software, and how commissioning support should be delivered on site. One clear point of contact speeds up the whole process.

With these details ready, use the contact form to start your RFQ, or read the industry reports for market context before you specify. If you need help structuring the enquiry itself, the buying guides walk through each field of a complete OEM RFQ.

Did not find your answer?

Ask us directly about MOQ, customization, certification documents or integration — we answer procurement questions within one business day.
